Refund policy

At Perfuminati, we take pride in offering premium quality fragrances. Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene considerations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered, except in cases of damage during transit.

Eligibility for Return/Refund

A refund or replacement will only be considered if:

  1. The product arrives damaged or broken.

  2. The customer provides unboxing video proof clearly showing the damage at the time of package opening.

⚠️ Please note: Photos alone will not be accepted as valid proof. Only uncut, original video proof of unboxing will be reviewed.

How to Report an Issue

  • If your order has arrived damaged, please email us at info@perfuminati.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Attach the unboxing video proof along with your order number.

  • Our customer care team will review your case and respond within 24–48 hours.

Resolution

  • If the claim is approved, we will issue either:

    • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or

    • A refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
